Terms of Use

The rules for using this site and a summary of Index-SEO's service conditions. Last updated: October 15, 2026.

Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern access to index-seo.org. By using the site, you confirm that you have read and agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About Index-SEO

Index-SEO provides local search optimization and content services to businesses serving customers in Florida. We operate remotely from Brazil. Contact: contact.index.seo@gmail.com.

Use of the site

You may browse, read and share links to the site for legitimate personal or business purposes. You may not:

  • try to access restricted areas, bypass security measures or overload the server;
  • copy content in bulk, including through automated tools, for republication;
  • use the forms to send false information, unsolicited advertising or unlawful content.

Informational content

Guides, articles and demos on this site are informational and illustrative. Animations that show work processes are simplified representations and do not display real client data or systems connected to Google. Nothing on the site is a promise of results.

No ranking guarantee

No SEO provider controls Google's organic results. Rankings depend on third-party algorithms, competition, domain history, and the searcher's location and device. Index-SEO commits to the work, delivering the agreed scope with quality and on time, not to a ranking outcome.

Hired services

Services are hired through an accepted commercial proposal, which sets the plan, scope, timeline and price, together with Index-SEO's General Service Conditions. In short:

  • plans renew automatically each billing cycle, with no minimum term and no early-termination fee;
  • either party may end the agreement with 30 days' written notice, and the current cycle is completed;
  • fees are charged in U.S. dollars, in advance, with no setup fee;
  • contracted volume is per cycle and does not roll over, unless the delay was caused by Index-SEO;
  • each deliverable includes up to two rounds of revisions, requested within seven calendar days; without feedback in that period, it is considered approved;
  • production uses artificial intelligence tools and all content is reviewed by a person before publication;
  • once paid, deliverables produced for the client belong to the client, and the client's accounts and profiles always remain the client's property.

If there is any conflict, the accepted commercial proposal and the General Service Conditions prevail.

Intellectual property

The site's text, brand, visual identity, illustrations and code belong to Index-SEO unless stated otherwise. Third-party trademarks mentioned belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites such as WhatsApp, Cal.com and client websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the site available and accurate, but it is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Index-SEO is not liable for losses arising from use of the site's informational content or from temporary unavailability of the site. Liability for hired services follows the commercial proposal and the General Service Conditions.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. When a change is significant, the version changes and we will ask you to accept again on the site.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the city of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer rights provided by law.
