Index-SEO provides local SEO and content services to businesses serving customers in Florida, United States. We operate remotely from Brazil. In this policy, "we" and "Index-SEO" refer to the party responsible for the data collected on index-seo.org. Privacy contact: contact.index.seo@gmail.com.
We do not collect sensitive data and we do not ask for payment details on this site.

We do not use your data for third-party advertising and we do not sell personal information.
We only share what is necessary with providers that keep the site and our communication running: our web host; Google, which provides our email inbox and the web fonts loaded by the site; WhatsApp, when you choose to message us there; and Cal.com, when you book a call. Each has its own privacy policy.
Some of these providers process data outside Brazil, including in the United States. These transfers happen to fulfill your request or our contract, under article 33 of the LGPD, with providers that apply recognized security measures.
Data from contacts who do not become clients is kept for up to 12 months after the last interaction. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and for the periods required by law. You can ask us to delete it sooner, unless the law requires us to keep it.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), protection against unauthorized access and restricted access to the information we receive. No system is completely immune to failure. If an incident creates a relevant risk, we will notify affected people and the authorities as the law requires.
This site and our services are aimed at businesses and are not intended for anyone under 18.
